Challenge
Sezzle, a U.S.-based BNPL fintech, needed to scale user acquisition and premium subscriptions across 20+ paid channels while improving unit economics. CAC was high, breakeven timelines were long, and creative production was a bottleneck.

What I did
Took full ownership of a USD$18M annual paid media operation across Meta, Google Ads, Apple Ads, DSP/CTV, and mobile channels. Rebuilt the channel mix from the ground up using unit economics modeling and built an AI-first creative automation workflow that cut production time and accelerated testing cycles.
Outcome
•    CAC reduced from $45 to $20 through strategic channel rebalancing across 20+ DSP, CTV, and mobile
•    Breakeven ROAS improved from 6 to 4 months
•    +12% premium subscriptions, +8% DAU
•    $70M+ in incremental revenue at scale
