Challenge
Pluxee Shop, the company's B2B self-service e-commerce platform, was underperforming its potential as the most profitable sales channel. The checkout experience was complex, seasonal campaigns didn't exist, and acquisition and retargeting strategies weren't in place.

What I did
Led the full UX redesign of the platform end-to-end, reducing checkout steps by 50%. Built UA and retargeting strategies from scratch and launched seasonal campaigns that had never been done before, including the company's first Black Friday and Hot Sale activations
