Transform the digital experience for 750K+ users and 10K+ clients and launch proprietary e-commerce integrating partner merchants and exclusive promotions.
What I did
Led the digital product roadmap for a 750K+ user fintech benefits platform, focusing on UX improvement, e-commerce monetization, and performance marketing. Integrated CRM, payment gateway, and dynamic catalog, and built Power BI dashboards to track adoption and conversion KPIs across the full funnel.
